Since September 2010, she has been instrumental in managing and selling developed estates under client mandates. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, she has built a reputation for her expertise in the construction and real estate sectors.

In 2018, she established a partnership with MCCG USA, a premier consulting and project management firm based in the NYC Metro region. This collaboration has allowed her to leverage MCCG's extensive experience and knowledge in sectors such as healthcare, business, finance, and public entities. Wendy Bayer's commitment to improving, managing, and building client institutions has led to successful collaborations in real estate, housing, and export promotion.

Wendy Bayer has undertaken various projects, including the development of student housing in Johannesburg and the financing of regional aviation networks. In Limpopo, she spearheaded the construction of a substantial student residential accommodation project. This multi-phase initiative involved the creation of 5,040 beds in the first phase, followed by an additional 5,000 beds in subsequent phases. The project also included the construction of 100-200 units of staff accommodation and an amenities center, with plans for a 100-150 room hotel in the future.

In January 2008, Wendy Bayer assumed the role of the exclusive resident representative of AIDCO (Al-bader International Development Company) in South Africa, East Africa, and West Africa. As the representative, she has effectively communicated AIDCO's architecture and engineering projects to authorities seeking funding for their mega infrastructure and housing initiatives. Wendy Bayer's role also involves explaining AIDCO's funding and implementation modality to potential clients in the public and private sectors, ensuring their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Before founding her own company, Wendy Bayer gained valuable experience in the real estate industry. As a property broker at Wendy Machanik Properties Pty Ltd from November 2003 to 2007, she oversaw the commercial sales and rental of properties. Her responsibilities included the management of personal property, equipment, and physical capital assets.

Her career has been marked by a commitment to networking and empowering women in business. As the Networking Director for Africa at NAFE USA, she played a pivotal role in facilitating personal connections and supporting ventures through an extensive international network. She also created platforms for local networks to showcase their achievements, promoting collaboration and growth.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Wendy Bayer has been actively involved in community initiatives. She serves as a director of Call Me Woman, a breast cancer communication network dedicated to raising awareness among black women in rural areas. Her efforts in securing sponsorships and funding from prominent companies have significantly contributed to the organization's mission.
